There is definitely a brain difference!I had brain fog from too many surgeries and just plain getting older. My acupuncturist recommended Magnesium L Threonate. This brand is the same as the other one I was taking, but much cheaper. Within two days, I saw a difference in my thinking ability. I had trouble completing a sentence. I was having trouble reading. BIG difference in both now. I, in fact, feel back to normal and it has barely been a month. My husband has had two strokes and his memory was terrible. He wasn't able to drive a car or understand what I was talking about. He got confused easily. While he is taking medication for his brain, THIS made a big difference and he hasn't needed to increase his meds as we had predicted. Great stuff! I might mention this does not give you the runs like a normal magnesium can.

I take two tablets approx. an hour before bedtime and definitely sleep faster and better.

I take it for improved sleep and it worked for me.

Learned about this from a Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman on Rogan podcast. And yes it works. Restful sleep. Not groggy in morning. Supplement with Theanine and Apegenin for best effect and dream clarity.

Great for headaches and brain fog
