Exceptional for preworkout

I’m a moderate exerciser in my 40s who’s succumbed to the Standard American Diet. I’m not diabetic but my A1C creeps up to 6% on occasion.
Like most people I’m “meaning to get back in shape eventually.” Until I can commit to reliving my 20s fitness level, I figured a little prevention would be a good idea.
I felt a little shaky on occasion so I looked for a Chromium/Vanadium product. Finding a product with the proper bioavailable forms of Chromium, Vanadium AND Taurine was frankly a welcome surprise.
Anytime I feel a little shaky, like my blood sugar is tanking, I hit up a couple pills of Big-V and I’m right as rain in about 20 minutes.
But if you take it 30 minutes before a workout, you REALLY get muscle power & endurance. I never liked those caffeine intensive preworkouts. That seemed (and felt) like a gimmick. Big-V sharpens the mind (probably the Selenium), avoids any jitters and gives your muscles extra power. I’ve only been using it as a preworkout for about a month, but my power and stamina really increased!
Try 2 pills 30 minutes before your next workout (cardio or weights) and see if you notice a difference.

Improved energy

Use this a daily supplement for energy. Since taking this medication my labs and blood work have been fantastic and I notice an energy boost for sure. I am on blood thinner and I feel like this medication helps improve blood flow. Larger capsules but not an issue for me.
