Great Carnitine Supplement for those having trouble with big pills!

My buddy recommended this source of Carnitine for those that have a challenge with the big 1000 mg pill. I now purchase this for my daughter to use daily, 1000 mg is a good dosage for her to help recover from her working out routines. Carnitine is conditionally essential, particularly during times of inflammation, stress & exercise, this product allows you to consume a appropriate dose without issue during this critical care times. The flavor is pretty good and it's easy to measure and take, put it in a drink, etc.
