Health was never a word that was talked about in our home growing up. It’s not that my parents didn’t care, it’s just that they didn’t know any better. I grew up on a steady diet of Mountain Dew, Pizza, and Little Debbie snacks galore. I always assumed that as an adult you were destined to have health issues.
